What is included
A recurring scope built around your building and your chosen frequency. General office and common-area cleaning, restroom cleaning and restocking, floors, and waste removal. Every visit is tracked through computerized telephone timekeeping, so you can see when staff arrived and how long they worked. Paper towels, bath tissue, and garbage bags can be quoted in separately if you want them supplied.
Frequency: Twice a month up to seven days a week. Frequency is the biggest driver of the quote, alongside the size and scope of the building.

Our guarantee
If you raise a complaint, the assigned cleaner has 48 hours to return, correct it, and make it right, at no charge. A report logging the oversight is recorded and sent to you.
